New to GoPro, New to Video Recording - Seeking waterproof microphone

Hi Everyone,

I did a search but I found it difficult to filter for what I was looking for so forgive me if this information is already on the site somewhere.

I am new to GoPro, so new that my Hero 7 Black just arrived at my house and I am at work so I can't play with it.

I like that the GoPro is waterproof but various Youtube videos have recommended buying a better microphone for it.

Ideally, I would buy a microphone that maintains the waterproof seal however I have had difficulties finding such a thing.

Is anyone aware of a mic or even a rig (mic & case) that will keep everything watertight?

I don't think that your idea is available, maybe there is a DIY solution.

Bluetooth mic was waterproof for the Hero 4 ...
